I walked the beach again this morning, no wind just sunshine, by 1pm we have gusts up to 40 MPH. What can you do on a windy day get in the truck and go exploring.
We went to Elephant Butte Dam.
Love the signs, a lot less typing for me.
The Dam has a road, but only for maintenance vehicles. Rio Grande River is what the dam is containing. Guess this was the year for Dams

We left the dam and headed to Truth Or Consequences to visit the Geronimo Springs Museum. The Museum portrays Sierra County from prehistoric times to present day. Spent an hour or so exploring.
The Town of TorC has pretty colorful buildings. This Saturday the town is having an art walk downtown, we hope to attend.
