Another couple that we met is Texas a few years back are also in Soldotna fishing and traveling Alaska for the summer, Mark and Renita Brackin. Sandy mentioned to them where we were staying and they joined the crowd.
Mark and Renita’s dog Molly was fascinated by Lucy. Lucy playing dead so she can attack Molly.
One of our many get togethers. Renita, Mark, Mike, new friends Ron and Dee and Steve and Sandy. One evening Mark and Steve brought out some Razor Clams and Mark deep fried them with a batter, what a treat, yum so good.
The morning we all hit the road, Steve and Sandy heading north to Anchorage, Mark and Renita heading to south to Seward and us heading south to Homer for a few days. Mike wants to try Halibut fishing and we may try our hand at clamming. We will meet up with Steve and Sandy next week around Fairbanks.
